Alpine Bank anuncia cambios en su equipo directivo
At Alpine Bank, leadership has always been about more than titles. It's about stewardship and preparing for the future while staying true to the values that have guided the organization for generations.
With that in mind, Alpine Bank recently announced several leadership transitions that position the company for continued growth and success across Colorado.
A focused vision for the future
After serving as president, CEO and chairman of Alpine Bank, Glen Jammaron has transitioned exclusively into the roles of CEO and Chairman. In this capacity, Jammaron will focus on the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring Alpine remains rooted in the culture, values and customer-first approach that have defined the bank for more than five decades.
Jay Rickstrew named president
As part of this transition, Jay Rickstrew has been appointed president and vice chairman of Alpine Bank.
Rickstrew brings decades of leadership experience and a deep understanding of Alpine's people, customers and communities. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations across the company and its subsidiaries, helping drive operational excellence while advancing Alpine's long-term vision.
His leadership will play a key role in ensuring Alpine continues to deliver the personalized service and community commitment customers have come to expect.
Matt Teeters steps into chief retail officer role
Also assuming a new leadership position is Matt Teeters, who has been named chief retail officer. Teeters will oversee all retail banking functions, including deposit and loan operations, mortgage services, wealth management and marketing.
Having served as regional president, he brings valuable experience and insight that will help strengthen the bank’s retail strategy and customer experience across Alpine’s footprint.
Staying true to Alpine’s values
"These leadership appointments reflect our commitment to thoughtfully preparing Alpine Bank for the future while staying true to who we are," said Jammaron. "Al crear un mayor enfoque y alineación en todo nuestro equipo de liderazgo, buscamos posicionar al banco para un éxito continuo sin dejar de estar dedicados a nuestros clientes, comunidades, empleados y accionistas".
While responsibilities are evolving, Alpine’s commitment to serving Colorado communities through local decision-making, relationship-based banking and community investment remains unchanged.
As the organization looks ahead, these leadership transitions reinforce a continued focus on sustaining Alpine’s strong culture, developing future leaders and creating long-term value for customers, employees, shareholders and the communities it serves.
